Tulsa Community College has sworn in a new member of the TCC Board of Regents.
Tulsa businessman Masoud Moazami is president and founder of the Effective Teaching Learning Institute, which provides training and development programs for people with developmental disabilities. He previously served as an instructor of psychology at Northeastern State University and worked as a psychiatric counselor at both the Tulsa Community Group Home and St. John Medical Center. He also worked as a psychologist at the Hissom Memorial Center and as a field representative for the Department of Human Services.
Moazami holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and special education and a master's degree in counseling psychology, both from NSU. He has published professional articles on therapy and teaching techniques.
