The Hospitality Management Program has been designed for students to be prepared for entry-level supervisory or management positions in the fields of casino gaming management, meeting and convention management, hotel management and restaurant management. These four areas of emphasis coupled with the core business courses included in the curriculum, equip graduates to be successful within the social, political, and economic environments in which the hospitality industry operates.
