This degree is an applied science degree. It is not intended to transfer toward a bachelor's degree. Four-year schools can look at each course on an individual basis. Four-year schools will not see any coursework that was not taken at TCC on a TCC transcript. Other schools will only see total credit hours and GPA.
Placement testing could be required for general education courses if students don’t meet the required proficiencies. Most specialized courses taken at TCC to complete the degree don’t require proficiencies or testing, but there are a few that could require placement testing.
