Remote Testing

Remote testing options are available for certain courses, but are only given under special circumstances. Please contact your instructor for questions about availability for remote academic testing as spots are limited.

Questions?

If you have questions about remote testing, feel free to contact us at 918-595-8096 or wctesting@tulsacc.edu

On-Campus Testing

Our Testing Centers are open on a walk-in basis for academic testing. Please arrive in enough time to complete your test prior to closing time. Our centers fill up during peak testing times so we advise not waiting until the last few hours on the test due date or you will risk having to wait for a testing station.

We provide students a proctored environment monitored by video/audio surveillance to take TCC academic exams.

Students using this service must provide photo identification, such as a valid driver’s license, passport or TCC ID, upon taking an exam.

Students are also required to lock up all personal belongings and adhere to the Testing Center Policies & Procedures.

Campus Hours and Contact Information

For information regarding our Testing Center hours, please visit Locations & Hours. Our Metro Campus Testing Center has extended hours available during the week, and our Southeast Campus Testing Center has Saturday availability during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Accessibility Resources Testing Accommodations

Students needing academic testing accommodations must apply for services with Accessibility Resources. Only accommodations approved by Accessibility Resources are allowed during exams.

Fee

There is no fee for on-campus TCC academic exam proctoring.

If your instructor requires in-person testing and you are not in the Tulsa area, you can locate a college or tech center near you and inquire about in-person (often called correspondence) test proctoring. NCTA provides a list of participating testing centers. Many colleges offer proctoring for a fee (student cost).
