TCC Foundation Names Executive Leadership 2018

The Tulsa Community College Foundation named a new executive committee for 2018 as well as new members to the Foundation Board.
The TCC Foundation Chair is Konnie Boulter, Program Director, The Oxley Foundation. Boulter is starting her third year on the executive leadership committee, previously serving as vice chair and secretary/treasurer. The executive leadership committee also includes Vice Chair Phil Lakin Jr., Tulsa Community Foundation, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary/Treasurer David Stratton, JP Morgan Chase –Managing Director, Oklahoma Region Head.
“TCC and the Foundation will have a very active 2018 as we begin plans for TCC’s 50th Anniversary in 2020 and as we roll out plans for resource development for the College. This team will be outstanding and TCC is fortunate to have this level of community engagement for the Foundation,” said Lauren Brookey, President of the TCC Foundation and Vice President of External Affairs at TCC.
New TCC Foundation members appointed for three-year terms include: David Cole, Private Banking Manager, SVP, Bank of Oklahoma; Kirk Hays, President and CEO, Arvest Bank; Dr. Eleanor Payne, Community Volunteer; and Chad Zamarin, Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategic Development, The Williams Companies, Inc.
Each year the Foundation raises more than $1 million for annual scholarships, programs and student development activities at TCC. The chief purpose of the Foundation is to support the College in its mission to provide university transfer and workforce development degrees and certificates. Recent projects have included renovations and the creation of the Nate Waters Physical Therapy Clinic, equipment and facility support for the Thomas K. McKeon Center for Creativity, and the annual Vision in Educational Excellent Award Dinner honoring Alison Anthony in 2017. The TCC Foundation was founded in 1970 to support the mission and vision of Tulsa Community College.
