TCC's Center for Creativity Marks 10 Years of 'I Can't' Workshops

Tulsa Community College is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its “I Can’t" Workshops series this Fall. These free, hands-on workshops have been helping Tulsans learn new skills and gain confidence since 2014.
Held at the Thomas K. McKeon Center for Creativity on the TCC Metro Campus, the workshops cover a wide range of fun and practical topics like acting, painting, sculpting and dancing. Each workshop is led by an expert who enjoys sharing their skills and helping people feel confident in trying something new.
“The ‘I Can’t’ Workshops help us recapture our creative spirit by offering a welcoming space where everyone can explore new skills,” said TCC Dean for the Center of Creativity Annina Collier. “It's been amazing to see so many Tulsans discover new passions over the last 10 years and we’re excited to continue inspiring creativity in our community for years to come!”
The public is invited to celebrate this 10-year milestone with a new series of free workshops starting Sept. 7 with “I Can’t Crochet” with 108 Contemporary and “I Can’t Archive” with Tulsa Foundation for Architecture. Workshops run through Oct. 12 and include some exciting new topics, along with favorites from past years.
