CBS News Correspondent and TV Personality Mo Rocca to Speak at TCC
Tulsa Community College will host CBS News correspondent and humorist Mo Rocca for “A Conversation with Mo Rocca” on April 10 at 7 p.m. at the VanTrease Performing Arts Center for Education. Presented as part of TCC’s 2024-26 Common Book program, Rocca’s visit aligns with the program’s theme of curiosity and understanding, inspired by "I Never Thought of It That Way" by Mónica Guzmán.

TCC Band Director Receives National Recognition
Cheryl Lee, Tulsa Community College’s Director of Bands and Assistant Professor of Music, received the George N. Parks Leadership in Music Education Award, a prominent honor recognizing her dedication, perseverance, and ability to inspire students beyond the classroom. In her first year at TCC, Lee has brought a wealth of experience from her 20-year career teaching high school band and has embraced the opportunity to lead the College’s band program.
