Submit Your Transcripts to TCC
Students are required to submit ALL official transcripts within the first 12 hours of enrollment and/or before financial aid will be awarded.

U.S. Official High School Transcripts and GED/HiSET Scores
Requirements
- Official Final High School transcripts should include a graduation date (MM/DD/YYYY), final unweighted GPA on a 4.0 scale, and school seal. Transcripts should be signed by the designated school official or sent through a secure third-party electronic service.
- Homeschool transcripts should be organized by academic year and include a graduation date (MM/DD/YYYY), final unweighted GPA on a 4.0 scale, and the administrator’s physical signature.
- GED/HiSET score sheets should be requested through GED Testing Services and sent to records@tulsacc.edu. Score sheets should include the full battery of scores, indication of “PASS” and the test date.
How to Submit
Official high school transcripts or GED/HiSET Scores must be sent directly from the issuing institution to TCC. Student-submitted or forwarded transcripts will not be accepted as official.
Please verify delivery options with the issuing institution:
- Electronically through a third-party vendor (check with the issuing institution to verify if an electronic sending service is offered) or sent via email to records@tulsacc.edu by the issuing institution directly to TCC.
- By mail to: Tulsa Community College, Attn: Office of Records, 909 South Boston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74119
- We will also accept hand-delivered documents in their original, sealed envelopes from the issuing institution. These documents can be submitted in person to any Academic Advising Office.
- TCC has the right to refuse any transcripts or test scores, or request additional information, if there is a question about the authenticity of a document.
U.S. Institution Official College Transcripts
Requirements
- All students with previous college coursework must provide their official college transcripts from each institution attended.
- Official College transcripts are printed on security-sensitive paper and contain the school seal and signature of the Registrar, or are sent through a secure third-party electronic service.
- Transcripts with in-progress coursework or future enrollments are acceptable, but an updated transcript with final course grades is required as soon as official transcripts are available.
- NOTE: Partial transcripts submitted with missing past semester grades, hours, and/or grade point averages will be considered unofficial. No coursework from the transfer institution will be evaluated until a complete transcript is received. Financial Aid will not accept partial transcripts as official.
- Students with less than seven credit hours of previous college coursework must also send an official high school transcript or high school equivalency exam scores (see U.S. Official High School Transcripts and GED/HiSET Scores section above).

International High School Official Transcripts
Requirements & How to Submit
- Official high school transcript and proof of graduation or examination results from your home country, and a translated copy (if official transcript is not in English), is required.
- If English translation is needed, it must be performed by a certified third-party service (ex: World Evaluation Services, SpanTran, or local translation service).
- If local translation service is used, the transcript must be certified or notarized in order to be accepted.
- Official documents must be submitted by email to records@tulsacc.edu, by mail to TCC Records Office, 909 S Boston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74119, or hand-delivered to any Academic Advising Office.
- The Records Office, with assistance from the International Student Services Office, will review the documentation to verify high school graduation status.
- TCC has the right to refuse any transcripts or examination results, or request additional information, if there is a question about the authenticity of a document.
International College Official Transcripts
Requirements
- All students with previous college coursework must provide their official college transcripts from each institution attended.
- Original transcripts must be submitted for translation and evaluation to a third-party organization that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).
- World Evaluation Services (WES) or SpanTran are preferred.
- A course-by-course evaluation by the credentialing service is required to determine U.S. equivalency (coursework will be added to your full academic transcript at TCC).
- All international credentials must be recognized by the Minister of Education.
How to Submit
- Completed evaluations, along with a copy of the original transcript (and a translated copy, if not originally in English) should be submitted directly from the credential evaluation service to TCC via records@tulsacc.edu, or mailed directly from the service to TCC Office of Records, 909 S. Boston Ave., Tulsa, OK 74119.
- TCC has the right to refuse any transcript, or request additional information, if there is a question about the authenticity of a document.
