Hours of Operation Procedure

Policies & Procedures

Campus Hours

TCC's main campuses are open for classes, student activities, study hours, administrative/support services, and special events Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays. Occasionally, some events may be scheduled during extended hours. To check upcoming holidays, refer to the academic calendar.

Campus Service Hours

Offices that provide in-person support for current and prospective students are open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend hours are available in some areas, including the Library, Tutoring Services, and the Testing Center. The Student Support Center offers extended hours evenings and weekends. Visit the Student Support page for hours of operation for specific departments.   

Fitness Center Hours

The Y@TCC (part of the YMCA of Greater Tulsa) is open at each campus Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In addition, the Y@TCC Southeast Campus is open Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m.

Parking Hours

Overnight parking is not permitted without notification to TCC Police.
